Comments:

Bel Cantor has now won 9 races since May 2006 and has been placed many times in his career. His prizemoney stands at £80k at present and we hope to keep adding to that. In 2007 he won a very competitive Class 3 sprint at Ponterfract in and then later in the season stepped up in trip and won over 7f for the first time at Catterick. He won the Pontefract Sprint again in 2008 and then went on to win the Class 2 Ripon Cathedral City of The Dales Handicap before going on to place in the Ayr Silver Cup. He won at Kempton in July 2009. He is a great horse to have in the yard and is a real character. He has progressed each year like his stallion 'Largesse'.

Comments:

A talented sprinter who prefers cut in the ground and goes well at Southwell. He has won 9 races and over £60k in prize money. He also finished 2nd in a Listed sprint at Haydock in heavy ground earlier in his career. He won a Southwell in April 2009.

Comments:

A  big scopey gelding that did well to produce some good performances as a 2yo and he then definitely benefited from the winter off. He ran well first time out at 2yo finishing 5th at York when slowly away. However he clearly wanted in excess of a mile being a son of Val Royal and out of a Linamix mare and he was then gelded during the winter. He matured and filled out and then won his maiden over a mile at Pontefract in May 2008. He then won at Pontefract again over 1m4f in April 2009 and then went on to win the £20k Brighton Challenge Cup at the 3 Day Festival in August 2009. He is a big horse and is still improving.

Name:

by Fath out of Johns Ballad

Comments:

Full brother to 'Cute Ass'. Placed at 2yo but turned out through Winter. Broke his maiden when winning at Redcar in April 2009. He then went to Catterick where he met trouble in a rough race and should have won.

Style Award winning the third race of her 2yo season. Musselburgh - Nov 07

Comments:

Style Award ran 12 times as a 2yo, she won 3 races and only once finished outside the first 4. She is such a tough filly and provided her owners with some real excitement throughout that year. She has now won 5 races and nearly £35k with her latest win being at Windsor in May 2009 over 6f.

Name:

Colorus

Description:

6yr old Bay Gelding

Breeding:

by Night Shift out of Duck Over

Comments:

Strong sprinter who has won 3 races. During 2008 he was placed many times at  Catterick, Doncaster, Beverley and Thirsk amongst others. He won at Southwell in March 2009 and then again at Windsor in May.

Name:

My Kaiser Chief

Description:

4yo Black Gelding

Breeding:

by Paris House out of So Tempted

My Kaiser Chief winning at Thirsk

Comments:

This powerful colt showed real promise on his first two runs which were both maidens at Thirsk. He finished 4th on both runs and got into the prize money even though the ground was probably too firm for him.
He then went on to win his maiden at Thirsk and narrowly failed to follow up in Handicap company the following week when he hung across the track and finished 2nd.

Name:

Jiminor Mack

Description:

6yo Grey mare

Breeding:

by Little Jim out of Copper Trader

Comments:

A nice mare by Little Jim who was a full brother to Montjeu. She likes soft ground and ideally wants 1m2f. She has now had 30+ races without a win but has been placed many times. She has been a bit unlucky on a few occassions. She has placed at Beverley, Wolverhampton, Great Leighs, Yarmouth amongst others. She finished 3rd at Yarmouth at 33/1 more recently in July 2009.  She is capable of winning a race on the flat but is likely to go hurdling. She is a great work horse at home and does a good job there.
